The Meadows of Six Mile Creek in Waunakee, WI is a beautifully designed 18 hole championship golf course. It offers a challenging layout with numerous wetlands and ponds that come into play on 16 holes and is consistently is top shape. They now offer 5 different tee boxes to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Greens fees range from $35 for 18 holes walking to $55 with a cart with discounts for early risers and twilight golfers.

The Meadows of Six Mile Creek features bent grass tees, fairways and greens. It has narrow fairways and most greens are guarded by bunkers. The greens are large but play fast and feature many undulations. Brown Deer Golf Course is part of the Milwaukee County Park System and is a challenging course with tree lined fairways, over 60 bunkers, and water hazards throughout the course. Brown Deer Golf Club features bent grass tees and fairways and is a designated historic site. It was named one of the best public courses by Golfweek Magazine in 2005.

Brown Deer Park Golf Course in Milwaukee, WI has played host to the PGA Tour’s Greater Milwaukee Open (where Tiger Woods made his professional debut) and the Amateur Public Links Championship on numerous occasions. 18 holes will run you around $80-90 (lower rates with a Milwaukee County Resident Discount Golf Card) at this historic and challenging course. Geneva National Golf Club is a golfers dream with course designed by 3 of the best golfers ever to play; Arnold Palmer, Lee Trevino, and Gary Player. There are 3 different 18 hole championship courses; The Palmer Course, The Player Course and The Trevino Course. All three courses have bent grass tees, fairways and greens. They also have 5 tee boxes to provide a challenge for golfers of all levels.

Geneva National Golf Club is located on the beautiful Lake Como. Each course is wonderfully carved out of the rolling countryside and take advantage of all the natural surroundings. Rates range from $100 to $150 for 18 holes with a cart. There are Early Bird, Afternoon, Twilight discounts available. Geneva National also offers fine dinning at “The Hunt Club” restaurant which offers over 800 different wines.

Geneva National is located just four miles west of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin on Highway 50 and is an easy drive from Milwaukee and Chicago.

The Bridges Golf course in Madison, WI is an 18 hole championship golf course. It is located next to the Dane County airport on Madison’s east side. The Bridges offers a challenging layout with hazards on almost every hole. The course ranges from 4811 yards from the red tees up to 6888 yards from the black tees.

The Bridges Golf Course received the Bronze medal in the Best Of Madison for 2007 golf courses. The Bridges offers beautiful scenery as you make your way around the course. The course requires great shot making on several holes with doglegs and hazards. The course is always in great condition with excellent greens. They offer GPS carts, have a full pro shop, a pro on staff and a restaurant and bar. They also do not have any dress code.

The Bridges Golf Course is always a top favorite of Madison golfers due to it’s reasonable price and great conditions.
