How do I redeem my purchase?

After you purchase a deal you will receive a voucher in your account.  All you need to do is print out the voucher and take it to the golf course with you to redeem it.

 

How long do I have to redeem my voucher?

Each deal will list the expiration date and each voucher will have an expiration date listed on it to make sure you know exactly how long you have to use your voucher.

 

Can I return my voucher for a refund?

Yes, you have 7 days from the date of your purchase to return your voucher for a refund.

 

What if a golf course goes out of business before I can redeem my voucher?

If a golf course were to go out of business before the expiration date on the voucher, we will credit your account for the amount you paid.  This will only be done for vouchers that have not been redeemed.

 

Do I need to use my voucher on certain days or at certain times?

In most cases the answer is no.  However, some deals may have stipulations on when a voucher can be used.  These will be clearly stated on the deal so you are aware of them before you buy.
